After a decade working in healthcare, I wanted to build something that felt different.

A mobile soft serve truck serving up classic ice cream with a fresh, modern twist — built around good vibes, simple indulgence, and being in the right place at the right time.

You’ll find Big Softee popping up at parks, foreshore spots, and local hangouts across Brisbane’s northside. No fixed location — just wherever people are out enjoying life.

The goal isn’t just great soft serve (although that matters). It’s about creating those little moments — after a swim, mid bike ride, with the kids at the park, or just because it’s a hot afternoon and it feels right.
